Baked Brie & Sweet Beet Chutney

1 wheel of brie cheese
3 Tbsp of Forty Six° North Sweet Beet & Red Onion Chutney
1. Cut brie wheel in half. Open the wheel and spoon the Sweet Beet Chutney onto the centre of the bottom half. Place the top half of brie back on top of the chutney.
2. Wrap the brie in parchment, leaving the top of the wheel exposed for a golden crust, and place the brie in a ramekin on a rimmed baking sheet.
3. Place brie in the preheated 390’F oven and bake for 16 minutes, or until soften; let cool and devour.
