Oats Porridge

Serves 2

2 ½ cups           Milk Full

1 cup                 Oats

2 pinches          Sea Salt


To serve

Full cream, fresh and dried fruits, nuts and honey.  



In a saucepan bring the milk and salt to a low boil. Add the oats and bring back to a simmer on a mow to medium heat continuously stir for 3-5 minutes, until tender and thickened. Leave to rest for 1-2 minutes before transferring into a bowl for service.  Serve in a bowl with full cream, fruit, nuts and honey.
