Warm Roasted Pears & Salted Honey

Accompanied with blue cheese and cured sausage, Roasted Pears & Salted Honey can make for a lazy lunch or be enjoyed as a savoury course with a pre-dinner drinks and friends. With only 4 ingredients, this is an easy and satisfying recipe!

 

Warm Roasted Pears & Salted Honey

ACTIVE 15 MIN; TOTAL 55 MIN; SERVES 4

Ingredients:
2 large Bosc pears, halved and cored
1 Tbsp of quality extra-virgin olive oil
4 Tbsp of Forty Six° North Salted Honey
Coarse ground pepper

 


Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350'F

2. Cut and core pears and place cut side up on a tray with parchment. Brush the pears with olive oil and sprinkle coarse ground pepper (to taste).

3. Roast for 25 minutes, turn, and roast for a further 20 minutes, until tender.

4. Slice pears while warm and transfer to a serving plate. Top the sliced pears with blue cheese and a thin slice of ham, drizzle with Salted Honey. Serve warm & devour.
